Midwest Emo from Chile's underground music scene, the production value of this debut EP is surprisingly crisp, but it never comes at the expense of the tracks’ rawness. In particular, the drum performance and recording is remarkably clean and technical. With just two members, it's a wonder how they can craft such expressive songs.
2026 Addendum:
It’s pretty spectacular how much depth these demo-level recordings truly possess compositionally, despite a somewhat samey, unintentional Shoegaze guitar tone and vocal style. I normally wouldn’t rate a three-song 10-minute EP this highly, but I stand by my words, past and present. If this Chilean duo can ever slam their songwriting into next gear, we might be seeing yet another legendary Latin American MWE band forming before our very eyes.
